In the past couple of weeks we have been sharing the gospel with many Japanese college students. We have seeing many fruits from our evangelism. Another girl came to know the Lord this week. Praise God! There are a hand full of students who are spiritually search for answers and willing to go to church with our group. God is truly moving in the hearts of the Japanese students we have been speaking to. It has been great to see what happens when we have are obedient to God in Sharing his word and being part of advancing his kingdom. Not only from the outside but inside we have been growing so much. Our team is growing in such a way they will return home not the same but more like Christ. This trip to Japan will change what we will do for the rest of our Christian lives. We thank God for the opportunities he has been opening up and will open up for the weeks to come. This weekend our group had a chance to bond hanging and playing games. Its been good growing in our relationship with the Lord in our team. We are looking forward for another week of campus ministry. We only have two more weeks!! We plan on going strong and sharing with many students. After our campus ministry we plan to partner up with local church to help with the tsunami relief. We many be either helping at a camp where students from the northern part of Tokyo will gather to learn english and the gospel OR going north and helping with relief work. Either way we will be sharing the gospel. I can't wait to see what else the Lord has instore for our team.
Thank you for your prayers. The Lord is certainly answering them because things are going amazing! Please continue to pray for us.
Prayer Request:
Pray for how God wants to use during the end of our trip in the Tohuku area.
Pray for all the students we have spoken with. That they will come to know the true and living God.
Pray for our team. The Lord will in still the Fear of the Lord. We will strive for his righteousness.
Pray for Richard Saenz & Laura Chalmers continue to be lead by the Spirit.
Pray for our outreach team we are planning on the 28th. We plan on inviting many students who don't know the Lord personally.
Pray against any attacks from the enemy.
Hi Richard - This is Regina, but also your prayer partner. Im so excited to be reading all you are experiencing. Know that I pray for you daily. I am a bit late in letting you know this, but as you know we too have been soooo busy on our side as well. We look forward to when you return and hear first hand , everything about this opportunity the Lord provided for you.
